CTAngioScope

CTAngioScope is an interactive tool for vessel analysis. The tool uses as input two downloaded from DICOM server CT-scans (one with contrast agent and one without). Fully automated processing detects and hides all bones and calcifications from contrast enhanced dataset. This automated processing method is implemented using modern segmentation techniques, that are combined in a single method by flexible graph-matching framework.

Results (bones-free volumes) are conveniently presented in different standard MIP projections (AP/LAT/RAO/LAT), as well as in user-interactive free views. All MIP projections are connected between each other via useful cross-navigation tool. Different measurements are provided and stored together with key-projection images back at DICOM server.
